Employee Spotlight

Meet Terry

Terry serves as the APAC Sales Manager for AAP and is based in China. He brings more than 16 years of experience working with multinational companies in the connector and cable assembly industry. Over the course of his career, Terry has held a range of roles including Test Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Sales Manager, giving him a strong technical and commercial foundation.

Terry has been with AAP for nearly eight years. During that time, he successfully built the company’s medical customer base in China from the ground up, growing it to more than 130 customers and generating nearly $10 million in revenue. He continues to lead his team with a focus on driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving even greater performance in the years ahead.
