Amphenol Alden Announces Gabriel Rivera as General Manager
Amphenol Alden is pleased to announce that Gabriel Rivera will serve as General Manager. With nearly eight years at Amphenol Alden and more than a decade of leadership experience in cable assemblies, extrusion, and manufacturing operations, Gabriel brings both continuity and a forward-looking vision for 2026 and beyond.
Since joining in 2018, Gabriel has held key leadership roles at our Hermosillo, Mexico facility, most recently serving as Director of Operations. He has led the scaling of complex cable assembly production, strengthened quality systems for leading medical device customers, and developed high-performing cross-functional teams.
With an industrial and systems engineering degree from Universidad de Sonora and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Gabriel combines hands-on manufacturing expertise with strong business acumen to guide Amphenol Alden through its next phase of growth.
